With RBW/RCW cash changer, the CASHINFINITY® Retail Store System provides automated cash payment handling and change dispensing, delivering quick, accurate and reliable cash handling.
Monitoring the Store
CASHINFINITY® Retail Store System provide real-time view of how much cash is held at each POS till. It is not just in total, but by currency denomination.
Easy adoption
Store operation will be much easier. Till Cash person does not have to manage the cash, and their stress will be reduced. The collected cassette can be tracked by barcode on the collection cassette. What manager has to do in the back office is just scan the barcode and click the button at the end of day.
Closer look
FCC (Front Circle Controller for Retail)
FCC controls banknote recycler (RBW-10,RZ-50) and coin recycler (RCW) at same time. All of complecated serial interface is encapsulated and provide simple Web interface (SOAP). It is much easier for POS vender to implement into till terminal software.
FCC can have Customer Display in case the recyclers (called cash changers) are installed to face to customer.

FCS (Front Circle Server)
FCS stores all of notification from FCC into database. All of notification will be notified at real-time, so device status and inventory can be referred from FCS at a glance.
Every collection box that is removed from store cash changer can be tracked by barcode. Once barcode on the collection box is scanned, the collection amount will be commited automatically.
Finally FCS provide a daily sales report by one click.
